  • Coordinate and promote training and development programs for staff.
  • Encourage and support employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Contribute to HR reporting and data analysis efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR positions.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations in Hong Kong.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
