Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive and manage sales from Group Insurance from Direct and Broker channels.
Your primary responsibility will be to create excellent customer and distributor experiences while driving business growth.
You will work closely with our sales teams, brokers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies that meet our customers' needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- More than 8 years of relevant experience in group insurance and distributor management.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and partnership management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage expectations in challenging situations.
- Skilled in MS Office with basic analytical capabilities.
