Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel marketing plans that optimize the distribution network through consistent monitoring of trade activities and sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute trade marketing programs and activities in designated sales channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for senior management.
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
  • Promote and maximize sales and distribution of products through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Marketing or related disciplines.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
