Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: Strong academic background, accounting degree preferable; qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience of leading an R2R team within a large R2R function preferable.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent knowledge and understanding of all R2R processes, including best practice in R2R, people, processes, and technology; sound working knowledge and understanding of SSO processes and how these fit into the wider environment.
  • Leadership and Management: Confident in how to lead and guide a team through challenging periods; able to manage competing priorities and achieving deadlines, whilst delivering a high standard of work and supporting the team as and when needed.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Good communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, internal departments, and key contacts.
