What are our expectations from you?

Reporting to the Education Manager of L'ECOLE Asia Pacific, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting craftsmanship courses and programs at L'ÉCOLE campus and off-site locations.
  • Ensuring the availability of course materials through regular preparation and coordination with the Operations team.
  • Performing quality assessments on tools used for all craftsmanship courses.
  • Serving as a speaker for on-site and online discussions both locally and internationally.
  • Assisting with special events such as exhibitions and open houses.
  • Conducting condition assessments and maintaining records for exhibits and jewelry pieces on loan for discussions.
  • Handling exhibits during the setup and dismantling of exhibitions.
  • Supporting photo and video shoots when manipulation is necessary, and assisting the Regional Client Service and Retail team with quality concerns and inquiries.
  • Facilitating communication between the regional team and headquarters.
  • Providing diagnostics for jewelry repairs and executing repairs as needed.
  • Developing and delivering training programs for the Client Service and Retail teams in the region.
  • Assisting with VCA HJ events to share knowledge with colleagues and clients, including providing manipulation training for colleagues in preparation for events.
  • Supporting client presentations at boutiques upon request.
