About us

Qeelin fine jewellery - a playful fusion of Chinese symbolism and modernity. Since Qeelin’s founding in 2004, every piece of jewellery has carried rich cultural connotation, reinterpreting traditional symbols with stylish designs intended for daily wear, infusing new life and contemporary meaning to Chinesse heritage.
Named after the Qilin, an auspicious Chinese mythical animal and icon of love, Qeelin fuses unbridled creativity with excellence in craftsmanship. It brings a touch of playfulness and surprise into the world of fine jewellery. The brand’s iconic Wulu collection revisits the legendary Chinese gourd, an auspicious emblem in Chinese tradition.

Qeelin is part of the global Luxury group Kering.

To cope with business growth, we are currently looking for high calibre with creative mind-set to join us.


HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Support the team in inputting partners' purchase orders into the internal system

Follow up business partners’ and boutiques’ requests with internal teams (i.e. marketing material & VM request, selling tools etc)

Maintain and keep track of department gifting inventory

Assist in operational requests and preparing shipments to partners and boutiques

Assist in documentation

Assist in administrative tasks for the team

Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

WHO YOU ARE

Educational background in BBA / Marketing / International Trade and other related disciplines

University students are also welcomed

Strong organizing skills, quality-focused, self-initiative, flexible and result-driven

Proficient in using MS Office and other office software

Good team player with excellent communication skills

Excellent command of English and Chinese including Mandarin

Immediate available is highly preferred
