Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst. This role will be based in Hong Kong under the headquarter office, providing an unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support daily and monthly closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Responsible for accounts receivable and payable functions, as well as general ledger entries.
  • Evaluate and reconcile accounts on a monthly basis, ensuring they tie to financial statements.
  • Collaborate with auditors during statutory audits, completing annual audits and other required tasks.
  • Monitor and post sale invoices, checking receipt settlements and data reconciliations at store level.
  • Prepare and report budget and forecast information.
  • Work closely with operation teams, subsidiaries, and SSC teams to maintain data accuracy.
  • Assist with daily accounting duties and perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent preferred.
  • Qualified Accountant certification advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant accounting experience, preferably in retail industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with previous exposure to D365 and Hyperion preferred.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Fast and efficient, with good supervisory and communication skills, independent, well-organized, detailed-oriented, and a strong team player.
  • Responsible and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Estimated Salary Range

HK$500,000 - HK$700,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
