Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients in the Hong Kong real estate sector, working closely with senior bankers to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
- Evaluate and mitigate credit risk applications, ensuring accurate and timely credit decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure credit facilities, provide innovative solutions to clients, and cross-sell a range of banking products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis, including financial modeling and industry research, to inform credit decisions.
- Prepare and present credit applications, credit renewals, and term sheets to senior bankers and credit committees.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics.
- At least 7 years of experience in corporate banking, with a focus on real estate or a related industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex financial data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
