We are currently in search of a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Stove and Chopper.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operations and preparation of food items.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality and production.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.
  • Perform duties in a courteous, safe, and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Chinese cuisine, particularly in Dim Sum and desserts, preferably within high-end Chinese dining establishments, clubhouses, or luxury hotel banqueting.
  • Experience in Western desserts is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a solid sense of responsibility are essential.
