We are currently in search of a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Stove and Chopper.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations and preparation of food items.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality and production.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.
- Perform duties in a courteous, safe, and efficient manner.

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Chinese cuisine, particularly in Dim Sum and desserts, preferably within high-end Chinese dining establishments, clubhouses, or luxury hotel banqueting.
- Experience in Western desserts is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a solid sense of responsibility are essential.

(Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior role.)
