Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer service hotlines and provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries
  • Support customer accounts with efficient order management and service coordination
  • Act as the interface for customers and internal working partners in handling commercial products & services enquiries and applications
  • Handle service requests raised by customers and relate the issues to relevant internal parties
  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as requested

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines; or
  • DSE/ Form 5 graduates with minimum 2 years' account service working experience
  • Good communication skills, customer-oriented, innovative and self-confident
  • Good PC skills, familiar with MS Office is an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
