Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily settlement transactions, including deal matching and stock reconciliation.
- Manage and supervise daily back office activities, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of tasks.
- Implement and maintain effective internal control in the operating process to minimize risk exposure.
Requirements:
- Diploma or university graduate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the brokerage industry.
- Familiarity with relevant compliance rules and regulations, including CCASS and DCASS.
- Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese language skills.
