Our client, Acts Consulting Co. 毅知顧問公司, a financial group in HK, is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their team.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in daily accounting operations, full set of accounts, month end closing, and year end closing. The ability to handle FRR independently is also essential.


The responsibilities of the role include:

  1. Performing daily accounting operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.
  2. Handling full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  3. Assisting with month end closing and year end closing, including consolidating accounts and preparing financial statements.
  4. Providing timely financial reports and analysis for management reviews.
  5. Handling other ad hoc work tasks as required.

The requirements for the role are:

  1. Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in securities firms.
  3. Capable of handling full set of accounts independently.
  4. Consolidation accounts experience is preferred.
  5. FRR knowledge is an added advantage.
  6. Proficient in MS applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  7. Detailed mind, possess positive working attitude, and is a good team player.
  8. Good communication skills and can command good English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
