The candidate will be responsible for managing our financial data and ensuring compliance with relevant tax and accounting laws and regulations in Hong Kong.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and update account data regularly.
  • Prepare annual reports for financial audit.
  • Ensure compliance with tax- and accounting-relevant laws and regulations in Hong Kong.
  • Work closely with the management team to understand and manage the company's financial needs.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with the company's needs.
  • Assist with general office duties when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience with Xero accounting software.
  • Solid understanding of tax- and accounting-relevant laws and regulations in Hong Kong.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Experience in preparing annual reports for financial audits.
  • Ability to work up to 20 hours per month.
