Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of airport services, including ground handling, baggage handling, and aircraft loading/unloading.
  • Supervise and support a team of airport services staff to ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize operations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to airport services staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on airport services performance and any issues or concerns.

Requirements

  • Tertiary or above qualification in a related field, such as aviation or logistics.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in airport services or a related field, including 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve operations.
  • Valid driving license and ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
