The working hours are 9am-6pm Singapore/Hong Kong Time, allowing for a comfortable schedule despite varying locations. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing in-depth understanding of Corporate Housing & Accommodation services to clients
  • Developing tailored business proposals based on clients' relocation and corporate housing needs
  • Selecting suitable Corporate Housing options according to client preferences, confirming availability, amenities, packages, and pricing
  • Maintaining high-quality service through prompt response to client inquiries and requests
  • Offering insightful recommendations on market trends in Relocation and Corporate Housing sectors
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through regular account review meetings and client satisfaction surveys
  • Maintaining and developing existing client relationships for corporate accommodation requirements
  • Expanding business volume and revenue through close stakeholder relationships
  • Supporting team members in Relocation / Corporate Housing department as needed

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidates possess 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Housing / Serviced Apartment sectors
  • Knowledge of Relocation, Global Mobility, and Destination Services sectors is advantageous
  • Experience managing and developing client relationships is essential
  • Candidates must be supportive team players, efficient, and resourceful independent workers
  • High self-discipline and accountability are necessary for success in remote work environment
  • Ability to interact with clients in friendly and professional manner, face-to-face or over the phone
  • Excellent performance in fast-paced business environment
  • Proficiency in IT programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • University degree preferred but not essential
