The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a change strategy that ensures a smooth transition to the new system, while also advising on necessary organizational and skills adjustments.
The Change Manager will work closely with the Maintenance and Engineering Transformation Manager to ensure that change items are embedded in the training activities, and that the Training Needs Analysis covers all identified stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of core change management techniques, including impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder management, and training delivery and evaluation.
- Proficient in Change Management methodologies, notably Prosci's ADKAR, and familiar with current trends in the field.

- Over 10 years of experience in large-scale Engineering and IT change management projects, including workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
