We are seeking an exceptional IT Transformation Expert to join our team and drive strategic initiatives under TDA Transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and initiate transformation programs focusing on TDA operating efficiency, leveraging domain expertise in process, governance, and operating efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Group/Business/TDA stakeholders to ensure strong alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
  • Drive efficiency of IT services, processes, and governance models, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and coordinate process improvement initiatives, analyzing and mapping processes to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and recommend improvement opportunities and changes to existing IT services and business alignment.
  • Promote uplift in IT operational and execution capability by understanding levers across the IT landscape, enhancing efficiency through enablers like engineering, automation, cloud-native adoption, IAAC, FinOps, DevOps, Agile, SecOps, etc.
  • Define performance measures and provide continuous feedback on financial and non-financial metrics, such as SLAs and TATs, within IT operations.
  • Implement impact initiatives driving efficiencies through optimization of technologies and shared services.
  • Collaborate with IT SMTs and Group Office to ensure alignment and best application of group standards and governance control.
  • Consult with business owners and SMEs on ongoing improvements, delivering standard methodology for IT operations & processes and providing sustainable solutions.
Requirements
  • University graduate with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including people management experience.
  • Proven experience in leading and handling IT efficiency improvement programs, applying program management methodologies and agile practices.
  • Validated experience in leading IT transformation initiatives through process and change management in an enterprise IT environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and lead changing priorities.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Creative thinker, proactive, enthusiastic, able to work independently and as a great teammate.
  • Business knowledge in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and consultative skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital transformation trends and technologies and their application in enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with background in consulting or project delivery a plus.
