We are seeking a Chief Transformation Officer to lead our Operations Transformation team and drive digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and contribute to our mission.

Job Description:
The Chief Transformation Officer will be responsible for collaborating with Operations users and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, lead, and execute strategic initiatives for digital transformation, system modernization, process re-engineering, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing Operations transformation portfolios that drive uplift in customer experience (NPS), increase in STP ratio/automation, adoption of advanced technology such as AI/Gen-AI, etc.
  • Overseeing and monitoring consistent adherence of Group and local project governance requirements.
  • Identifying and managing project risks and issues and implementing solutions to minimize business impacts.
  • Working closely with Operations data analytics team to identify process streamline opportunities and collaborating with business users to drive execution.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders including Group and local executives, department heads, and business users for effective communications and alignment.
  • Leading the Operations Transformation team and supporting team's growth with instructions, guidance, and training.
  • Timely delivery of transformation projects that are aligned with corporate strategic direction.
  • Coordinating with business users to articulate business pain points and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicating with stakeholders across departments to align on business priorities and effectively manage expectations.
  • Communicating with Group office for reporting and governance.
  • Leading the Operations Transformation team and encouraging a can-do culture.
  • Engaging with vendors or consultants to communicate business requirements and validating the results delivered by external parties aligns with business expectations.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 15+ years of experience in financial services industry, preferably in insurance industry; strong knowledge in Insurance operations.
  • Solid experience in driving large-scale digital and complex project transformation with proven track record to deliver impactful business results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication capabilities to manage and build rapport with different stakeholders.
  • Experienced in leveraging data analytics to deliver tangible action plans.
  • Strong knowledge in Agile principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin with good communication and presentation skills.

Estimated Salary Range:
$180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on experience.
