Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the management team to devise the right strategy for growth and expansion into global markets.
  • Help shape and structure the finance team, hiring talent, coaching, and ensuring the right platform and controls are in place to support company growth.
  • Put in place proper budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cadence to help key stakeholders drive revenue and monitor performance.
  • Support with all strategic initiatives, evaluate opportunities, and investments, and capitalize on new revenue channels.
  • Manage investor relationships and all funding requirements.
  • Turn your hand to ad hoc projects as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • ACA/CPA/MBA qualified, ideally trained in a Big 4 or CPA firm, and have 8-10 years' experience in a high-growth company.
  • Technical strength in all areas of accounting and reporting, consolidations, and how to account for complex accounting matters in the pioneering tech sector.
  • Strong communication skills to work across global jurisdictions.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial and dynamic work environment that is constantly changing.
