Job Description

At Citi, we connect millions of people across hundreds of cities and countries every day, providing a broad range of financial services and products to our clients. We're currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Lifestyle Relationship Manager in Hong Kong.

About the Role

The Client Service Officer is a developing professional role that deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a single point of contact for selected top-tier discerning cardholders
  • Provide proactive and tailored account management, including Lifestyle Concierge and account-related services, to Citi's ultra-high net-worth clients
  • Work closely with the Affluent Product & Marketing team and Citigold Private Client Relationship Managers to create a superior product and customer journey for affluent segment
  • Liaise, monitor, and gate-keep the lifestyle services provided by external vendors
  • Design workflow for assigned projects and initiatives in line with objectives of the company
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made and demonstrate consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets
Requirements
  • Minimum Degree holder or higher with a minimum of 5 years in servicing affluent customers
  • Fluent and articulate in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with working knowledge of Chinese dialects, Japanese, or European languages a plus
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer service enquiries in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative capabilities
  • Ability to demonstrate strong empowerment and decision-making skills, with excellent verbal and written communications
