- Support the internal audit team with their daily tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations
- Schedule meetings and handle internal and external communications
- Take on ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements for this position
- You should have at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese is required
