Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement new hedging strategies for Insurance Funds, ensuring alignment with RBC requirements.
  • Oversee the daily management of the hedging program, monitoring the hedge position in accordance with investment mandates and guidelines.
  • Provide instructions for derivatives trade orders, handle stakeholder communications, and optimize liquidity requirements.
  • Restructure derivative agreements to optimize collateral strategy and compile data for management materials.
  • Support other duties to meet business and/or other requirements.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or related discipline.
  • 5 years of investment experience related to multi-asset portfolio management and/or hedging programs.
  • Self-driven, open-minded, and fast learner with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of multi-asset portfolio management principles and liability-driven business.
  • Proficiency in operational processes, insurance products, and global markets is desirable.
