Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance is preferred.
- Over 8 years of experience in financial services or Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) operations is desirable.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions and pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing tight deadlines and competing priorities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented skills.
- A willingness to learn continuously from both successes and setbacks.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the monitoring of retirement funds (including MPF, ORSO, and Macau Pension) on behalf of the organization.
- Conduct regular evaluations of fund performance and liaise with relevant stakeholders such as investment managers, consultants, trustees, and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including trustees, strategy teams, and business owners to assess various pension platforms and develop strategic plans, including adjustments to platform structures, fund additions/removals, and investment changes.
- Engage in fund-related initiatives, including the launch of new funds and enhancements to existing offerings.
- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior management and various investment committees.
- Review marketing materials related to funds, such as performance summaries and fund fact sheets for different pension products.
- Provide support to distribution channels and client services regarding fund-related inquiries, acting as a product specialist when necessary.
- Deliver investment-related training and seminars to business partners.
