Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Invoice Processing Specialist to join our team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with expertise in invoice processing and compliance.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing high-volume invoices in multiple languages, ensuring that all discrepancies are resolved or escalated in a timely manner. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and internal teams, to resolve any issues or discrepancies.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Processing: Process large volumes of invoices in multiple languages, ensuring discrepancies are resolved or escalated in a timely manner.
  • Compliance Management: Review and validate invoices to meet global standards and local government regulations, addressing tax discrepancies and coordinating with vendors for necessary revisions before processing.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable, with knowledge of invoice processing and compliance.
