About the Role

The Senior Corporate Strategy Manager reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer & Chief of Staff. This role is pivotal in driving the company's corporate planning processes and overseeing the implementation of key corporate strategic and innovation initiatives.

The incumbent will play a critical role in helping FundPark achieve its long-term business vision through meticulous planning, execution, and collaboration with senior stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine FundPark's corporate strategy in alignment with the long-term business vision.
  • Lead the execution of major corporate strategic initiatives and innovation projects.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives are met.
  • Manage external relationships and partnerships critical to the company's strategic goals.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for corporate projects.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives to the executive team.
  • Support administrative functions related to corporate projects and strategic planning efforts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in corporate strategic planning and project management.
  • Track record of effectively engaging with senior stakeholders and external parties.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Background in banking and finance or a scale-up environment is desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive dental insurance, medical insurance, and a five-day work week.
