About the Role:

  • Craft a compelling brand identity that resonates with our target audience in the Web 3 community.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, content marketing, events, etc.) to drive awareness, engagement, and user acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure effective communication of our product features and value proposition.
  • Manage and optimize our web presence, including the company website and online communities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to inform data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and communities.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing initiatives to continually improve and refine our strategies.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in branding, marketing, and multinational communications, with a proven track record of success in the Web 3 entertainment projects or tech industries.
  • Familiarity with the Web 3 entertainment ecosystem, including blockchain technology, RWA, Gamefi, AIGC, stablecoin, and emerging trends.
  • Advanced skills in creating visual presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar).
  • Experience in graphic design and visual content creation (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
  • Ability to create and edit engaging marketing collateral, pitch decks, and branded materials.
  • Video editing skills are a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling and accessible messaging.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen eye for design and user experience.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, content creation, and data analytics.
  • Familiarity with web development and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with decentralized team members, cross-functional teams, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
