Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Manager to join our team at Water World. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for leading the retail operations team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the retail operations team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement retail strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandise displays to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of merchandise.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- F.5 or above.
- At least 5 years of working experience in retail field, with not less than 3 years in shop management.
- Computer literacy in MS Office and POS Systems.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion and affinity for retail operations, result-driven and pragmatic with a hands-on management style.
- Able to work outdoor on shift on weekends and public holidays.
