About the Role

This strategic business leader will assist the business line department in providing account management to existing and potential clients.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing high-quality broking services, achieving business growth through penetration and prospects, and liaising with insurers and service providers.

Key duties include:

  • Providing exceptional client service and delivering tailored solutions
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to penetrate new markets
  • Liaising with external stakeholders to ensure smooth renewal processes and address related issues
  • Analyzing claims data to inform renewal preparations and drive business growth
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality client deliverables, including reports and presentations
  • Supporting various projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in Employee Benefits in a broker firm or insurance company
  • University graduate with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Maturity and self-motivation, with a proven track record of achieving results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
