Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Direction
  • Spearhead the strategic direction of blockchain-related topics, including wallets, decentralized finance (DeFi), L1/L2 chains, and artificial intelligence (AI).
  • Conceptualization and Execution
  • Assist the strategy team in conceptualizing, executing, and monitoring key strategic initiatives aimed at driving commercial success.
  • Subject Matter Expertise
  • Develop deep subject matter expertise in blockchain, DeFi, decentralized applications, AI, and other relevant domains.
  • Quantitative Analysis
  • Develop optimal quantitative strategies, optimizations, and analyses for related products and developments.
  • Market Research and Analysis
  • Develop thematic research memos to advise on market/sub-sector strategy.
  • Project Coordination and Management
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects end-to-end from timeline/deliverable planning to tracking/reporting.
  • Product Development
  • Design and draft requirements for new products or features.
  • Performance Evaluation and Optimization
  • Decide and analyze product KPIs and recommend improvements to drive revenue and user engagement.
  • Strategic Partnerships and Investments
  • Evaluate and drive strategic and investment opportunities.
  • Business Projection and Analysis
  • Project business results and engage in strategic discussions with management regarding implications and strategic pivots.

Requirements:

We're looking for individuals with intellectual prowess, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills, typically gained from experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, equity research, or similar fields.
