About the Role

The Customer Fulfillment Department of Aegon is comprised of various functions, including policy services, customer services, and project management. As a Trainee, Operations, you will be developed to gain a full understanding of the insurance business cycle, supporting our customers and distribution partners across the buy, service, and claims journey through our customer servicing and claims team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Job rotation within Customer Fulfillment and operations functions
  • Job attachment in various Operations Teams, including Policy Services, Customer Services, Project and Support, and other functions
  • Build knowledge on the insurance cycle and operations roadmap
  • Obtain authority by meeting the training requirement and perform daily BAU
  • Participate in operations projects

Requirements

  • Undergraduates to < 2-years' experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Chinese and Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good team player and customer-focused
