Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our OMICRON Service Center, you will be responsible for handling all orders of repair & calibration and devices purchase in the Asia region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process repair and calibration orders in our ERP system, supporting sales order processing and liaising with customers.
  • Create quotations, orders, issue invoicing and collections for repairs and calibrations, and perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Manage daily Logistics operations, including receiving, storing, labeling, handling shipping, preparing orders for delivery, and customs clearance.
  • Handle export & import declaration, including shipment of Dangerous Goods, and direct, optimize and coordinate full logistics cycle.
  • Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments, resolving any arising problems or complaints.
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets, and perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience preferred in Customer Services or Logistics Management.
  • Previous experience with ERP/ CRM is preferred, but not a must.
  • Holder of Certificate for IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations is preferred, but not a must.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Strong communication skill, self-driven with a great sense of responsibility and capability to work independently.
  • Positive, proactive and being a good team player.
  • Ability to develop plans to prioritise, organise and accomplish assignments on time.
  • Goal-driven, precise, reliable and autonomous working style.
  • Multi-tasker who is meticulous and organised with strong follow up skills.
  • Enjoy the interaction with customers.
