About the Role

Röhlig Hong Kong Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations, including inventory management, customer service, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, expense reporting, and month-end closing
  • Manage inventory levels and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy
  • Administer in and out records, including tracking shipments and inventory movements
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure efficient stock distribution

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in a 3rd party logistics firm
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations is an advantage
  • F.5/DSE or above, with a diploma in Logistics Management or Inventory Management being an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
