Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced VP, Global Compliance and Fraud to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring RGA complies with all global applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will work closely with regional, local and departmental compliance officers to establish compliance frameworks, processes and procedures to ensure a strong compliance program while meeting the needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Compliance Framework Development: Develops and implements compliance frameworks, processes and procedures to ensure a strong compliance program.
  2. Risk Management: Identifies and mitigates compliance risks to within the company's risk tolerance.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Engages with corporate functions and the business to identify compliance gaps, emerging trends, and develop solutions to meet compliance requirements.
  4. Reporting and Communication: Prepares and presents clear and concise compliance reports to several risk committees and the Board.
  5. Investigation and Resolution: Leads and directs all activities related to the Speak Up hotline and investigates compliance or ethics related internal investigations.
  6. Talent Development: Develops, evaluates, coaches, and disciplines direct reports to foster a positive and engaged work environment.
