Job Description
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Associate to contribute to our company's growth and success. You will be working closely with the Associate C&B Director to support Group Compensation and Benefits and HR Analytics. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing C&B policies and programs, compiling regular HR analytic reports, and supporting end-to-end performance and pay review cycles.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement C&B policies and SOPs to improve process efficiency and global standardization
  • Develop, review, and update existing C&B programs to ensure their market competitiveness and sustainability
  • Support the end-to-end process for annual performance and pay review cycle
  • Compile regular HR analytic reports and dashboards to provide insights for informed decision-making

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or business-related fields
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR with a focus on C&B, preferably in multinational companies
  • Excellent numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proactive, responsible, well-organized, and hardworking team player with good communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, including advanced formulas and VBA
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
