We are seeking an experienced Global Merchandiser for Fashion Brands to join our team at JPC Texson Ltd. As a Senior Merchandiser, you will play a key role in developing and implementing merchandising strategies to drive business growth and profitability in the global fashion industry.

About the Company: Our company is a leading manufacturer of garment trims and packaging products based in Europe with a strong presence in the global market. We supply international fashion brands and apparel companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to source high-quality products and negotiate prices.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the trims, packaging, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English, Chinese, and Mandarin languages.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Travel requirements: possible travel to China or overseas manufacturing locations.

Benefits: 5 days work week, 13 months salary plus bonus, and 12 days annual leave.
