We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team at JPC TEXSON LTD. As a key member of our watch trading and manufacturing department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing assigned watch projects from initial planning through to completion.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of work experience in the watch industry, with a strong background in project management and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is also essential. If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage assigned watch projects from initial planning through to completion
• Communicate and coordinate with clients to ensure project management details are aligned with client expectations
• Work closely with the Design team to develop and refine product designs
• Negotiate and liaise with suppliers regarding the structure and feasibility of watch products
• Ensure that project schedules are maintained and deadlines are met
• Track and monitor the progress of ongoing projects to ensure timely completion
Requirements:
• 5+ years work experience in watch trading/manufacturing/sourcing offices
• Project management exposure is a big plus
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
