Job Description
We are seeking a high-caliber Banking Executive to join our team in Hong Kong. As a Banking Executive, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with Citi clients, understanding their needs, and providing advice on our financial products. You will also build and maintain new and existing customer relationships, perform sales processes, and meet or exceed decided sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively approach Citi clients to understand their requirements and interest them in our products.
- Provide advice and product information to Citi clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits.
- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships.
- Perform the necessary processes, procedures, and verbal dialogues to effectively customize offers and cross-sell our products to new and existing customers.
- Achieve or exceed decided sales targets.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous relevant experience in financial sales and customer service preferred.
- Consistent demonstration of clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer and technology skills.
- Demonstrated sales skills, effective problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Mandatory certifications as required for selling financial products, i.e., HKSI 1, 7, 8 & IIQE 1, 3.
