The Bank of East Asia, Limited (BEA) is seeking a skilled Client Servicing Officer to join our Private Banking team. As a key member of our department, you will have the opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities- You will work closely with Relationship Managers to provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and review credit proposals, amendments, and reviews to support clients' financial objectives.
- Assist clients in investing in securities and other banking products.
- Manage remittance, loans, deposits, and securities investment transactions efficiently.
- You must hold a university degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in banking and customer service.
- Prior experience in private banking is highly desirable.
- A passed Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- A relevant HKIB qualification would be advantageous.
- You should possess good knowledge of banking procedures, credit, and investment products.
- A team player with strong presentation and communication skills is essential.
- You must have a good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
