Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our Global Technical Account Management team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored support to help them maximize their return on investment (ROI) in our software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers, developing strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Perform regular customer health checks to review architecture, address pain points, identify optimizations, and assess expansion opportunities
  • Provide product training to customers to ensure they have sufficient expertise to utilize our software
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance to customers, covering data ingestion/migration, performance tuning, workflow optimization, architecture review, etc.
  • Capture customer feedback and proof points to share with internal KX teams, acting as a customer advocate
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and present to other KX teams
  • Identify churn risk and work with internal stakeholders to mitigate
  • Work with the Account Director to prepare value propositions for expansion
  • Define solution architecture for new use cases and expansion opportunities
  • Provide demos, workshops, and proof of concepts to advance expansion opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, use cases, performance metrics, etc.

Requirements:

  • + years' proven experience in a solution architect or technical account manager role
  • Experience in the data and analytics vendor space
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to describe complex topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and deliverables simultaneously

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
