About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled IT professional to lead and direct concurrent client projects classified as standard or complex. The ideal candidate will have advanced project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

">
  1. Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope constraints.
  2. Engage with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation, maintaining excellent client satisfaction and managing escalations effectively.
  3. Ensure that projects are delivered with an as-sold solution, remaining within the baselined budget and timeline while maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction.
  4. Manage the delivery of projects, including rigorous scope control and change management, ensuring clear and concise communications to all stakeholders.
  5. Provide pre-sales support by working with sales teams to scope and cost a project or program solution, completing proposals and conducting client presentations during tender processes.
  6. Identify opportunities and influence sales by conducting business conversations with clients, positioning our consulting and technical services offerings.
  7. Coordinate activities of project teams through task delegation, resource assignment, and program management.
  8. Perform other related tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced project management skills, including planning, organization, and execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage customer satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues that may arise during project implementation.
  • Possession of PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
  • Relevant Network & Security certifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
