Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Managing and processing accounts payable transactions.
  2. Maintaining and reconciling account control records.
  3. Performing bookkeeping tasks and preparing the general ledger.
  4. Daily cash & GL reconciliation, monthly General Ledger Control and Attestation.
  5. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in accounts payable, account control, bookkeeping, and general ledger.
  3. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
