In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to making a positive impact on people's lives.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering group fitness classes that align with our program objectives.

Your duties will include designing engaging class formats, demonstrating exercises and routines, and providing guidance and support to participants.

You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of participant progress and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training or equivalent education
  • Bachelor's degree in a closely related field is advantageous
  • Valid fitness instructor license (AFAA, NETA, ACE, etc.) or specialized fitness certification (Zumba, Les Mills, Yoga, Barre, Pilates, etc.)
  • 1-2 years of experience teaching group fitness
  • Knowledge of exercise principles and aerobic techniques
  • Skill in teaching aerobic exercise and motivating participants
