About Us:

Shangri-La is a renowned hospitality company seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Club Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in the service industry, preferably in hotel front office or airline operations.
  • Self-motivated and well-organized, with a strong ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Guest-oriented and a good team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English, Chinese, or other languages would be a plus.
  • For overseas applicants, we would sponsor the VISA application and housing.
