**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as an HR Advisor - Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to our clients across Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Advice: Provide strategic HR advice to our clients on talent management, team resourcing, and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and labor relations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on HR metrics, including recruitment statistics, employee engagement, and turnover rates.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: University degree in Human Resources Management or a business-related discipline.
  • Experience: 4 years of experience in HR operations and advisory capacity.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to details, and ability to work under pressure.
