  • Support the Marketing Teams in executing initiatives that advance the Mox brand and deepen customer engagement.
  • Evaluate campaign performance, provide regular reports, and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize our marketing efforts.
  • Manage assigned budgets and stay up-to-date with emerging trends in the industry to translate them into potential marketing activities.

Requirements

  • University graduate with 5+ years of consumer marketing experience in Hong Kong. Less experienced candidates may be considered for the role of Senior Marketing Specialist.
  • Experience in banking or financial services is highly beneficial.
  • Possess strong storytelling skills and hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, flexibility, and comfort in ambiguity, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
