**Job Description for Cybersecurity Professional at M800**

M800 is a leading company seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Professional to join our team. As an IT Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer attractive remuneration, 5-day work week, medical insurance and other fringe benefits to the right candidate.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Develop, enhance and maintain IT security policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to meet the company's security requirements.
  • Ensure that previous audit/security recommendations are addressed and implemented to maintain a secure environment.
  • Identify best practices to meet security requirements and implement them across the organization.
  • Perform vulnerability scanning and penetration testing on critical platforms to identify potential weaknesses.
  • Security incident handling and investigation to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Implement and maintain firewall, anti-virus and intrusion detection systems to protect against cyber threats.
  • Maintain legal compliance in data security and PCIDSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance.
  • Coordinate with different internal teams to implement Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).
  • Provide IT security awareness training to company users to educate them on cybersecurity best practices.

**Requirements:**

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline.
  • 2 years of working experience in Information Security, IT Security, IT Risk Management or IT Audit.
  • Security experience in PCIDSS compliance, Vulnerability Scanning, Hardening and Penetration Testing is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in Firewall, Windows systems, Linux systems and vulnerability assessment tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in implementation of IT security management such as ISO 27001 or PCIDSS.
  • Strong desire to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently, innovatively and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • IT security qualifications such as CISSP, CISM or CISA are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good command of spoken and written English or Cantonese.
