We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Leasing Officer to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Directly report to the General Manager.
  • Oversee comprehensive leasing activities for company-owned properties, concentrating on office buildings and premises.
  • Manage new lettings and tenancy renewals, encompassing marketing, tenancy administration, and negotiations with property agents, potential clients, and tenants.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to optimize leasing opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential new tenants and provide high-quality leasing services to increase occupancy rates.
  • Serve as a supervisor for 1-2 Leasing Officers.
  • A degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in property leasing, tenancy administration, or property management is crucial. Prior experience in office buildings is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing is also required.
