About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Officer, Sales Promotion and Incentives to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent pre-sales support to all sources of business, including product information, advanced case design, competitive analysis, illustrations, and assistance with any marketing or new business and underwriting needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the team in the implementation of agency events and recognition programs
  • Support the design, implementation, and promotion of incentive programs to motivate agents to achieve business targets and drive a good product mix
  • Prepare reports for sales contests and participate in sales promotion activities
  • Assist in coordinating various ad hoc projects
