Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for participating in HR duties including recruitment, casual labor employment, employee relations, staff activities, and company events. This involves providing support to manage the Casual Labor Management System (CLMS) and casual manpower within the venue, administering weekly casual payroll, maintaining accurate causal staff data and attendance records, performance evaluations, and coordinating with casual labor agencies.

Additionally, the successful applicant will assist in recruitment and selection, coordinate interviews, and maintain a talent database in the system. They will also be responsible for staff onboarding and offboarding logistics, participate in career fairs, career talks, and university site visits, and provide support on local universities' part-time recruitment programs.

The job requires daily general administration duties and performing ad hoc assignments as required. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or relevant disciplines, and at least 2 years of working experience.

A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills is essential for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing is also required. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with Mandarin being a plus, is necessary for success in this position. Fresh graduates may be considered for the Assistant Human Resources Officer level.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with Mandarin being a plus
