We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team at AnyMind Group, Digital Marketing team.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives
- Approach new agency partners and direct clients using a variety of methods, including but not limited to cold calling, leveraging referrals, and engaging in online networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for strategic initiatives and issue resolution
- Commit to achieving the monthly targets set for sales gross profit and the specified quantity of new clients required per month
- Support the Head of Digital Marketing in preparing pitching decks or media proposals, following up on campaigns, contributing to product development, and participating in ad-hoc project integration
- Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and client segments to drive revenue growth
- Stay informed about industry developments, client needs, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the market
- Take responsibility for daily routine tasks, including issuing orders and invoices, as well as managing billing processes
- Report to the Head of Digital Marketing
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
- Experience in a digital marketing agency is plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
